Downside is that you can hear your upstairs neighbor’s every step, and the floorboards need to be replaced and reinforced. Impossible to sleep if you are a light sleeper or work graveyard shift, like my daughter. PS: I drive a 100% electric car, and would love to pay for a reserved charging space. If I can’t charge my car, I can’t get to work! The spaces in front of the chargers need to be marked for electric cars only please.

Plus the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors do. The floors creak loudly whenever someone walks above you, making it hard to relax or sleep. And don’t even count on getting your security deposit back, you won’t get it, no matter the condition of your apartment. On top of all that, the new management shows little concern for their tenants. Do not waste your money moving here.
