Timbers management hides, and will it I erect to resolve issues. Sadly this is common in the industry. They will not provide paperwork associated with the lease when asked countless time. Our family member has co-signed a home which has gone bad. Timbers has repeatedly failed to act and to inform the co-signer . They refuse to provide copies of the lease or guarantee agreement. We doubt they even have it. Management refuses to get on the phone and has leasing staff deliver messages. Fairly typical industry incompetence.

The tour felt rushed and careless, like they didn’t value my time at all. If you’re expecting professionalism or clear communication, this is not the place. Never coming back !!!!!

This is the absolute worst apartment complex that I've ever dealt with. They will charge you with bogus move out charges and then send them to collection with no warning. Attempting to communicate with them to resolve the charges is an even more frustrating experience. Trying to contact the communicate manager Jordyn is a nightmare. She took 22 days to respond to an email requesting legally required receipts/invoices for the charges. During that time our charges were sent to a collection agency with no warning or attempt to contact us. Once finally receiving an email back, she still did not provide the legal documentation to backup their charges. Even after all this, I politely asked for the documentation again over email. It's been ten days now and again, no response. This is bordering on criminal behavior and it's clear that they will try and rip you off. Read other reviews saying the same thing about terrible move out charges. Stay far away from this apartment complex and don't even consider living here unless you want to deal with predatory charges and unprofessional employees.

If you chain smoke, like to walk around naked outside, throw your trash wherever you want including in front of your neighbors doors, and run up and down the stairs banging on doors 24/7 this is the perfect place for you! (All things we’ve experienced in the last few months of living here with no resolution) We’ve called the police and security multiple times now and have witnessed our neighbors camped out in front of entry ways, climbing onto decks and taking videos of ours.

Finally, a solution! I’ve happily lived at Timbers for 18 months now. From the very beginning, the bifold doors for my utility room have been an issue. Maintenance came by two or three times but the problems still existed. A few days after being repaired, the doors would start sticking and dragging on their track again. It wasn’t long before an unsightly gap would form between the doors and from the doors and the frame. My cat loved challenging me to find a way to keep him from pulling the doors open so he could go exploring. I ended up placing a tall, heavy scratching post in front of the doors. Timbers’ maintenance staff, Jordan and Chris, came by yesterday to repair it again. This time they figured out exactly what the issue was and repaired it. The doors needed a new track and hardware. Jordan and Chris worked in tandem for an hour to ensure the doors hung perfectly. Based on the effort and knowledge they showed during the repair, I’m sure this latest fix will last several years. Great job guys!
