Zero stars. If I could give negative stars, I would. Believe other reviews when you read them, the place is not as nice as it looks. There is zero privacy, first week of moving in there was a bunch of eviction notices in my building. Dirty hallways, trash left in the staircase for weeks. Walls are truly paper thin. I hear everything from my neighbors upstairs. No parking space unless you pay an extra $175 per month. Hallway smells like weed most days. And be aware that if you are breaking a lease, they will get you with a salty $1000 worth of "cleaning fee and misc repairs", regardless of the state in which your apartment is left. During the summer months it is nearly impossible not to get exhaust fumes or cigarette smoke if your windows opens to the parking lot area. Cops are here on the regular. I do not recommend. Cheap rent and nearly no security deposit was the only attractive thing about this place.

Mac, Marnie, and Dawn have provided excellent service for the time we have spent there. The move in/move out process is quick and easy, and maintenance is reliable. The apartment we stayed in was the 1bd/studio apartment. It's a little small so it's great for 1 or 2 people, and they are pet friendly. The only complaint I have is the noise insulation for the whole building is poor, so if you're a light sleeper it might not be ideal. You can also hear the upstairs neighbors pretty easily. Other than that, the price is affordable and they don't check renters history, so if you need a quick place to move to, it's great.

Been here for a little over a month and I have to say that I love the space, the new appliances, and the modern aesthetic. For the prime location and how nice everything is, it’s decently priced for sure! And to top it off, Marni has been super helpful every step of the way. She’s always very quick to respond whenever I have a question about the apartment. The only downside is the parking situation. If you pull up to the complex after 7pm, it’s usually full and you’ll be forced to park in the very back. There are rare occasions where there’s an open spot or two, but it’s a rat race to try and find an open area near your building. As a whole, the location is great, the space is fantastic, and it feels like a very safe place to live!

The staff here are genuinely great—friendly, helpful, and always professional. The apartment itself is really nice, especially for the price, and overall I’ve enjoyed living here. However, the parking situation has been a major issue. When I first moved in, it wasn’t ideal but manageable—I could usually find a spot, even if it meant parking farther away. Lately though, it’s gotten significantly worse. There are often no available spots anywhere on the property if you come home later in the evening. I reached out to management to see if there were any solutions, and they offered two months of free underground parking, which I appreciated at first. But the cost after those two months is $175/month, which is very steep for what’s essentially just a basic underground lot—not even a fully enclosed garage. For comparison, other apartments nearby offer actual covered garages for around $100/month. I also wasn’t informed up front that I’d be locked into that $175/month rate for the remainder of my lease, which was disappointing. I really do love the apartment and the people who work here, but the parking situation—and the cost associated with resolving it—is a serious downside This would be 5 stars if the parking could get fixed.

Zero parking first come first serve ridiculous to pay $175 with an empty underground garage that’s insane ,the 2/2 apts are small no storage space closets no food pantry closet/the bathrooms are huge (who needs to fit a twin size mattress in a bathroom)- this place is perfect for a retired couple not families that needs ample space for a walker / the tour was odd the lady asked 3 times over and over when our move in date was she appeared out of it just rushed us thru the garage to show us an apt someone was moving into that morning not very personable I normally don’t leave reviews when touring a property but the pictures are deceiving online they give the illusion that they are way bigger but the design is poor and the cabinetry is cheap wood like . The noise between walls is poor as well we could hear the neighbors as we toured and the carpet in the halls had a weird stench can’t imagine people that have dogs not having an accident on them trying to take their pets out and walking the long Hotel style type apt just looked cold and dreary.
