Dawn doesn't know what she is doing and tries to act like she doesn't know what is going on when she flat out ignores tenants who will probably get evicted for some of the dumbest things like not answering the door and being sick yet she can't answer a phone or email and lies saying she never got it. Won't give actual proof for false accusations just to try and kick disabled tenants out. Rent is outrageous for a unit that is not even worth over 2000 a month that they charge. They discriminate the disabled or low income and push them to want to move and then charge for damages they didn't even do. This complex and company should be ashamed at how they let people they hire treat others. No excuse do better.
