  Residents complain of poor maintenance, non responsive office staff and overflowing garbage, creating unsanitary conditions. I attempted to give the complex a call to discuss their plans to remove the trash advocating for the community, number on file rings a few times then ends call. Picture is from 2/7/2026. Steer clear of this place!

  !!!DONT MOVE HERE!!! I currently live here and if I could give this 0 stars I would. Leasing office has been slimey from the jump. The “seasonal pool” hasn’t been opened in about 4 years. The smart locks are not working. They lied about utilities being included even though on multiple websites it stated it was then they want to say it was bc wrong and only the information on their website is deemed correct. So on top of paying $1695 (they dropped it down to $1495 because no one wants to live here) we now pay utilities too! The apartment is big but full of bugs that they refuse to come in and spray and tried to scam us $500 to fix a toilet problem. Overall I implore you to look elsewhere. Legacy property management is full of liars. DONT MOVE HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

  It’s a very expensive and low maintenance complex the train is vary loud and the laundry is disgusting the parking lot always is full

  I moved to this community sight unseen after relocating for a new job. The Positives: The grounds are decently kept, most people pick up after the dogs, and the high-efficiency washers are pretty awesome at getting laundry done quickly. The property manager is quick at responding to emails and seems to care. The apartments are beautiful, nice flooring and layout. Storage is ample as well. The Negatives: Extremely loud neighbors/thin walls and flooring do not mix. The smell of marijuana in the stairwell and outside some apartments is pretty strong. I’ve had an ant problem since fall that is stubbornly refusing to end, and I have discovered 2 silverfish – possibly a random pair and have not seen any in months. I’m tidy and clean guy, so this is unsettling. If you can get past the noise and odor pollution from neighbors, this would be a decent place to live. Though the rent is high for having to suffer these detractors.
