  Please read this before moving in and choose somewhere else to live. We chose Summer Creek because the units are absolutely wonderful inside. When we signed our lease, we were told that the complex would be undergoing exterior renovations for five weeks per building. It has been 15 months of living here and the construction is still ongoing. We have had illegal entry of our apartment, water bottles and personal items of the construction team left in our apartment during the peak of COVID, constant cursing on our patio from the construction workers (while attempting to teach from home during COVID) and countless other issues. We also had stoppers installed on our windows (on the bottom floor) that prevent our windows from opening more than a few inches during summer heat waves. When our lease came up, we expressed all of our difficulties to management. We were assured that construction was entirely finished and that the window issue would be remedied. Here we are three months into our second lease with Summer Creek and our issues have still not been addressed and the construction is STILL going on. We decided that this was unacceptable and desire to live elsewhere, as this place has never been able to feel like a home and management is entirely unwilling to assist with us moving out and they want to charge us all of the lease break fee. We have spoken with all of our neighbors and they are all beyond frustrated with Summer Creek management. Please, while the units are wonderful, it is NOT worth it. Live somewhere else.

  One of the best places I've lived. The staff is great, Rebecca particularly is amazing, and the places are well maintained. We lived here in 2 units over 3 years Everyone is nice, the complex is quiet and safe. Sad to leave.
