- SFSeth FarrisJul 1, 20251.0Spoke too the Staff and Rental Manager nice at first as a Facade.Very rude people if you dont have the exact amount you need too make via your employer and if you are struggling and have the full deposit down just forget about it .(they do not take Medical Disability or unemployment) and straight just swiped our Application fee without giving details or recourse. They also could give a fig about you and your family if you dont have it(Immediate Eviction)
- JJJbearJun 28, 20251.0DO NOT MOVE HERE. Read other reviews they are true. Dog "run" is a small gravel square with a bench taking up half the space and has old dog poop and smells so bad of urine. Apartments have mold that is covered with paint. Only one maintenance worker who calls out a lot Good luck getting ahold of them. No on site management even with new management it's pulling teeth to reach anyone they never call back or text or email. The bugs here are really bad and the train is loud and constant. The apartment is also very small. Utilities are separate even though they claim its Included. NO POOL. NO WORKOUT ROOM. NO AC. NO KEYLESS ENTRY. There is so much false advertisement here and for the price you are way better off getting a apartment anywhere else. Seriously save yourself the hassle. Don't move here. It's way more cons than pros DONT MOVE HERE.
