  The level of negligence at this place almost left us homeless. Worst experience of my life. Thankfully we found a better place to live, so bullet dodged.

  The management is very lazy! If something breaks down you have to put in a work order and wait for weeks till someone even comes and looks at your situation!!! Way to much $ rent for what they have to offer!

  [update] haven't lived in in the last 2 years. all the trees that were the nice barrier from the street have been removed. Not sure whats moving in, but it can't be as nice as the tree barrier that used to be there. Original post (2010-2014) 5 star, Been Living here for 3 years now. They keep this place clean, Scott the maintenance guy is great! Will always fix things the same day. Have had one neighbor that is noisy, but that is common in apts... looking forward to when they move out. Other than that, everyone is friendly, they have frontier fios wired!!, and the park is a small walk from here and you can't hear the road. I would highly recommend this place!!
