BEWARE!!
if you WORK NIGHT shifts and have to sleep during the day DO NOT LIVE HERE!! THEY LOVE LAWN WORK!! you'd think itd be the park they're taking care of in the back but no it's the tiniest leaf on the bushes outside your window early in the morning <3
heck if you like getting woken up randomly at any time if the day be my guest! they seem to start every other day around 9 am and it goes on till 3pm. i've lived in apartment complexs my entire life and i've never ever had to deal with the amount of lawn work they do. actually,
i've live in apartments with more lawn!! these people use leaf blowers and lawn mowers for HOURS through out the day and it's every other day. the apartment is also covered in MOLD and they have no solution for it other than to turn on fans -.- it's rotting from within. i saw another review saying they had it solved it at another unit but they definitely didn't fix ours so i assume that's a LIE of a response on that review. the wiring is from the 80s so we couldn't have an AC unit in our apt or else our power would shut off. they came by to fix it and told us they'd follow up and never did said it was a wiring issue. we had to die in the heat the entire summer because of THEIR OLD WIRING. there's a bug problem ANTS, scariest spiders i've ever seen you have to ask to have your apt sprayed down consistently.
they also set the prices really low only to up the cost the most i've ever lived in an apartment i signed up at 1400 i've been here for a year i'm now paying 2k...if it stayed at a lower price it might be worth the annoyances but this is now the same prices i paid to live DOWNTOWN PORTLAND. the NEIGHBORS are unfriendly and CRIMIALS had multiple raids at the neighbors unit MULTIPLE. people often get into fights in the parking lot lots of yelling and screaming usually over parking spaces because they make you pay more to park close to your apt. i lived downtown portland and didn't have to pay this much for parking. DONT BRING KIDS HERE !!! i have had people scream RACIAL SLURS at my family members by a man who carries a speaker around the complex.
not only that the road to live here is the most DANGEROUS in Oregon (it's on a list look it up) what should take 4 mins to get down the street becomes 10 mins and you have to deal with the most dangerous drivers. i'm constantly scared to leave my apt. this is supposed to be a nicer neighborhood but it's not and it's all a lie
oh ya they also ask you to leave a good review when you move in so make sure the review your reading is from someone who's been living here
their responses to their negative reviews will also show yiu everything you need to know just deny they even lived here even though they have full descriptions of living here lmao this will probably get taken down or the same response i don't really care you guys need to fix these issues. you can't keep letting people live in your hell boxes

I love king city area due to its safety and location so I wanted to make sure we found a place that would be near for us to our families. She did an amazing job showing us the property and answering our questions so I knew this was the place !
