  Lived here for almost 5 years and it was a nightmare. The windows had visible black mold growing, which management never properly addressed despite repeated complaints. Health hazard ignored. Management is completely unreliable—slow to respond, broken promises on repairs, and they rarely follow through on anything. I reported a neighbor constantly smoking cigarettes right outside my door and windows, filling my apartment with smoke, and they did absolutely nothing about it. No warnings, no enforcement of rules, nothing. Between the mold, unresponsive staff, and zero action on resident complaints, this complex is poorly managed and not worth the rent. Steer clear if you value your health and sanity. Would not recommend.

  Lived here for a bit. Sewage overflowed. No one fired it. Cheap furnishings, terrible management a girl whose name starts in R. I’m done w this complex, moving out

  The office staff at Commons at Avalon Park; Madelyn, Destiny, and Jenny are all amazing. They were all incredibly helpful in getting me into my beautiful little 1 bedroom apt. They are very friendly and accommodating! Even though Madelyn has stood out the most for helping me with business matters, Destiny is a close second. They both helped me to put in maintenance requests, which were taken care of immediately by JR. Jr is excellent at getting issues and requests resolved! He is also very polite and accommodating!

  We lived here for two years and experienced persistent and unresolved issues throughout my tenancy. The unit had significant mold, along with ongoing water intrusion through the windows. Early morning leaf blower use was frequent and disruptive. Staff enforcement of policies was inconsistent, and communication was poor, with staff often appearing unaware of procedures or next steps. We also repeatedly reported squirrels entering the walls and causing loud disturbances. These concerns were dismissed by staff until we recorded the noises and provided proof. The initial refusal to investigate or believe residents was unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, there were frequent instances of individuals digging through the trash during the day. Taken together, these ongoing problems created a frustrating and stressful living environment.

  I usually never make reviews but this was absolutely necessary they have leaf blowers going all day non stop you will never get a free second of peace. They allow other tenants to troll the parking lot to save parking spaces for themselves. Have been almost hit coming in and out of the complex multiple times and last month they threatened to tow everyone’s friends and family’s cars. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life and will never recommend this place to anyone ever.
