  This is the nicest apartment complex in St Helens, I think. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only reason I give a 4 star are that the pool is really cold and it's only open when kids are off school in the summer. There are hot days in May and September, too! Ask corporate to give the grownups a chance to use the pool and make it a little warmer. But it's easy to live here, great location and nice neighborhood.

  I am legally blind. The office staff goes out of their way to help me with the paperwork. If there's an issue, maintenance is here the same day. The yard crew keep this place looking gorgeous. I feel very fortunate to have an apartment here. And appreciate the people who work here. I believe this is the best apartment complex in St. Helens. And all the employees are very kind.

  This place erases bad reviews and is horrible they'll say anything to convince you to rent and soon as you do they turn on you.. they do things like come in unannounced and use complaints to bully people and I hope you can afford 300 dollar water bills people move in here and move right back out losing there deposit there corporate office doesn't care and never returns your calls but neither does the office..RUN
