This is strictly pertaining to the management side of the complex.
We have been contacted numerous times to renew our lease. To be fair that’s their job. However, what is ridiculous is the fact that they keep contacting you with the wrong information pertaining to your ACTUAL LEASE TERM. I get it, miscommunication happens from time to time. What is NOT OKAY is when management does not communicate amongst themselves MULTIPLE TIMES. The first time we went into the office for clarity regarding our lease term, because we were told about giving a 30 day notice to vacate. Perfectly normal, but their information was wrong. So we had to clarify with the office about our actual lease term. Perfect! We THOUGHT we were on the same page.
We receive another phone call/email about giving 30 days notice again..? I walk over to the office and had to clarify once again about our lease term. Fantastic! We thought we’re on the same page again. We receive another phone call the very next day about a 30 day notice to vacate…. How in the world are we receiving ANOTHER CALL regarding a vacate notice again??? Alexis was the one I spoke with and either she thought I was lying to her about the amount of times we had been in contact with the office, or her/the entire office are so fragmented with their communication that she genuinely had no idea. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend moving into this complex. Much better options out there with cheaper rent and or comparable amenities to this place.
It really is such a shame. The previous management seemed to be better with their organization/communication. This could very much be a one off, but feeling frustrated with their ability to communicate amongst themselves and throwing an attitude towards me really makes me not recommend this complex for friends and family.
I will continue to update this post as our lease comes to a close.

3/8/26 Our maintenance team came by for their scheduled visit. Upon hearing that we had a problem with our shower, they sent in a request immediately for a technician to come the next day.
We were pleased with the inspection process they completed. They were polite, professional and helpful. We were encouraged to call anytime there is an issue. Five star experience!

Wow! I am so impressed with the service here. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartment was sparkling clean when I moved in. Megan in the office is so sweet and responsive and has been just fabulous to work with. I reported an issue and within 5 minutes, Miles the Mighty Maintenance Man was at my apartment to fix it completely. Couldn’t ask for better service. 😄

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The property management and staff are awful. I have never had such a difficult time getting people to even call me back once I signed my lease. The amount of employee turnover is insane and makes sense for how bad their property management company Stratum PM treats employees and leasees. The apartments are but very cheaply built and if you like easy trash management you are out of luck, because they have two trash compactors for the whole property and unless you live in the buildings by them you have to walk FAR to take it out because they are on the opposite ends of the property. Had to terminate early, knew it was a possibility because I was looking to buy but was told it would just be the standard month and half rent fee to terminate. When I terminated I didn’t even get a response. So I went in to see if they got it, she had to check. She said she would respond. She didn’t. But I’m told I can’t just give notice it goes through that whole month. The next gal tells me the opposite and that I have to pay back a deal I got in the beginning which wasn’t brought up when I asked for the cost breakdowns by either of the people I had worked with before who had quit. She points to this random line in the contract called "concessions" but nothing outlining what that means, or that a special I got at signing my lease would be charged back. Which makes sense, and if they'd told me that when I asked I wouldn't have moved in. And again, if they had clarified what that was all the times I'd asked I would have been prepared for the additional $2500 they were demanding. I shouldn't have to have a law degree to understand their contract - and neither should the people who work there since none of them knew to include that when I asked what I would have to pay. I ask for more information and they say they’ll get back to me. They don’t. I call and call. Finally get ahold of someone after days but she's just a receptionist and doesn't have answers and she'll have someone call me (never got a call back). Finally get ahold of the site manager. She doesn’t have the information and needs to reach out to their property management company and will call me back. She doesn’t. I go in to do my termination and she still doesn’t have the info I’m asking about for clarity. Promises me she will get it to me by the next week at the latest. She doesn’t. I call. No answer. Then I get a letter demanding payment. Respond, again, asking for some clarifications. Nothing. I contact their property management company and I have the same lack of follow up and follow through. They are wanting documentation of these conversations, which I don't have because I had to find people in person because they don't respond to emails or messages. I’m taking them to the Better Business Bureau.
