They are responsive, especially William. I’ve never had an another property manager so I really can’t compare some things.

He's a seasoned, savvy, pragmatic problem solver. No tenant is going to pull the wool over his eyes, or BS him. When a problem pops up, and he calls me, he is already several steps ahead on having thought through the different ways to approach it, and knows what the best way to do so is. I sleep better at and am more open to continued investing in the Eugene/ Springfield market knowing my properties are entrusted with him.

I don’t feel like I get a boosted price on every transaction which I felt like I had with prior companies. Will, the owner/manager has worked hard to figure out solutions to challenges we have. The other thing that I like is that I have a single point of contact and don’t continuously get shuffled around. Thank you Keystone!!

Both toilets and showers need to be replaced, she put in a maintenance request over 2 months ago and they still haven't called her to fix it! She replaces 3 towels per day to soak up the water... Are you kidding me? She pays way too much for garbage service... Don't do it! And they snaked her out of her deposit after she cleaned for free for the company for over a year! Don't Do IT
