- ABA BarronNov 18, 20255.0Not only is Township Sherwood a beautiful community, but the office manager, Colleen, is an absolute delight, and the neighbors are so kind. I recently moved in after searching for months for the right apartment and was incredibly lucky to snag an upstairs two-bedroom unit. It’s clean, spacious, and very well kept. The grounds are clearly maintained, and the back field where you can run your dogs is a huge bonus—especially if you have fur babies. I’m so happy to be here!

The manger was rude ,hateful and didn't fix things even with a work order. Fast forward to 2022. The manger now COLLEEN is awesome. She is polite and really wants you to feel welcome. The apartments are nice and roomy. Very peaceful neighborhood. We love fur babies too. The schools are awesome too. Oh, The gym also is fun.. Most of all the are affordable and definitely worth your time to schedule a visit 😊.
