  This is a terrible place to live. They will not remove dangerous known felons that are committing domestic violence, yelling and screaming daily revving the engines of their cars at 3:00 am and racing through the parking lot at very high speeds around children. People smoking cigarettes and weed are loud, dirty and obnoxious. The recycling area is always dirty and full of chemicals, furniture and trash. The rent goes up significantly every year and the appliances are always broken. Frozen bursting water pipes have put residents out for over a month. There are constantly strange people that do not live here walking the premises. There has been an apartment fire a burglary and vehicles stolen. The power goes out nearly every winter for days at a time .The DirecTV service that they offer is always failing and they say it's not their problem. Garbage, dog poop, beer cans and drug paraphernalia are left scattered all over the property even after being reported to management. The police are here constantly but do nothing. I would net recomend moving here if you value your sanity, your property and the safety of your family.

  Until this place can get a handle on the residents that pose a threat to other residents I will, as a current resident not recommend to anyone renting an apartment here. My family and I have been threatened by residents, have been put out for 6 weeks because of maintenance failures to winterize the buildings and have pipes freeze and burst. Now we are dealing with a peeping tom who comes onto patios and hides between buildings. Until resident safety becomes a priority to "the lawyers" that are supposedly looking into our and other residents concerns, don't rent here.

  Sandyplace apartments have amazing staff and maintenance team are quick responded and are great fixing things. The Sandyplace apartments are great family place. My family enjoyed the pool all summer.

  I loved living here & management was always understanding and helpful to me! Coming from someone who works in property management, they do great!
