  Bryce was punctual, courteous and had the lock fixed within minutes. He also asked if I had anything else I wanted him to check ! A+ on maintenance

  Loved how friendly the staff was and if I had any questions they were answered and how clean it was and how quite all round it was, it was a nice visit out

  Bugs everywhere, lights, carpets, baseboards and even microwave at move in and charged 1000 dollars at move out. This place is a corporate overlord and the apartment was always leaking air which made electricity very pricy always more than 200 per month, all the other negative reviews are correct. If you never need anything and are okay with bugs they call "normal for new construction" and losing more than your deposit, then this is the place for you. After all there are trees.... If I pay almost 2000 for a place I expect more. There were some positives about the property but outweighed by the negative. Aaron the maintenance guy was good.

  By far one of the nicest appartment complexes I have ever lived in. I was a travel nurse for years and have lived in different states in a wide variety of rentals. Ive even lived in a luxury apartment in Houston, Texas, and the Grove is better. My only con is that the walls are a bit thin, you can here your upstairs neighbors.
