  Management is great maintenance is great. Koz on State also has on-site security which makes things more secure than it was. I enjoyed living at coz on State. The other tenants that I came across were always friendly

  Shay was very helpful with the application and move in process. She is very friendly and professional and makes me feel very welcome here. Also had the pleasure of meeting Mattie, the maintenance tech. He was very helpful and made me feel welcome. This is a very nice apartment complex, an excellence studio apartment, and an excellent building. Everything is in top shape. All of the tenants seem to be very quiet but friendly. The location is Perfect. It’s across the street from my office, in the middle of the nice downtown district, and only four blocks from the YMCA for exercise. I’m very happy that I chose this property.
