I’ve lived at The Jory for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about the Denisse Vargas. From the very beginning, she made the move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
She is professional, proactive, and truly cares about the residents here. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, Denisse has always made sure that things were handled for me in a very timely manner. It’s such a relief to have someone who is so responsive and dedicated—she truly makes living at The Jory a great experience!
I’ve lived here for about 2 years and every time I try and go to the office to get a car permit or have questions they are always closed! No matter what time it is during the day, they are always closed. The two girls there do not take their job seriously at all. There is a group on Facebook for jory residents and the amount of complaints we have about the office staff not taking any of our complaints seriously is very annoying. Considering we pay so much to live here there should be at least trying to fix these issues.

Very responsive management, clean grounds, great amenities (pool, gym), convenient location, and comfortable, spacious and well-maintained units. Maintenance team is very responsive and quick. Shoutout to Denisse for being so kind, friendly and professional, from initial inquiry until we moved in. She guided us through the process and answered all our questions very politely. Highly recommended!

The management team here is fantastic! The apartment is spotless, spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, great amenities, exactly as described. The application was seamless, the community is so nice, quiet, and clean. Maintenance is quick and thorough. A big thanks to Denisse for being incredibly helpful, kind, friendly, and professional. They make this beautiful apartment feel like home. Highly recommend!
