  After years of renting and having a fairly solid rental history we were left with them taking all of our deposit. When we moved in the house we were pretty desperate to move into the house because it was in a very good neighborhood so we cleaned it up and then they promised to fix this and that and we cleaned it upon moving out Viking Property Management are the worst property managers ever. I have never had to deal with anything like that in my whole rental history

  Horrible communication skills, I filled out maintenance request 4 months ago for a few things and most of them have not been fixed.. I have emailed them and called them and had little to no response.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We recently applied for a rental after but were denied for ridiculous reasons. I've been with my current Property management company for 5 years and have never been late on a payment. My husband got an outstanding review from his current employer. We were denied because my current rental company took our deposit from the last home we rented from them. My current PM company left out the fact that they only gave us 3 days to move and we were unable to clean our rental completely to thier wishes (I cleaned with witnesses to prove this) and they still took my deposit. Viking PM would not hear our side of the story at all. They are heartless. 80 dollars wasted on application fees.
