CAUTION!!!! Beware! This building is running into the ground. Light fixtures are constantly going out with no urgency to fix. No regular house keeping. Entryway door handles broken (been broken for 3 months), feces constantly left on the building by human beings not to ever be washed away. Units being vandalized to the point they boarded up windows for the first floor. Constant tenants moving out due to poor management and office workers. Matt in the office is by definition someone who uses weaponized incompetence to deflect any responsibility from his job and over whelm his manager taking no responsibility. Multiple times this building has had squatters in the stair cases, a tenant died in the shower and broke water heaters and other tenants complained to be gaslit for months only to find out the cause. There is no maintenance team that adequately monitors the premise or your unit. They will gaslight you on your requests due to their negligence. The office looses checks so frequently they no longer accept them. Mail gets stolen here constantly and rummaged through. The elevators are constantly breaking and several tenants have been trapped in them so much to the point of having to escape. The dog wash station is just a shower without a curtain or ventilation and most tenants wash their bikes in it not caring for the dogs. The trash rooms on each floor pile up in waste and the shoot door doesn’t work half the time. The main trash room is constantly a mess, smells rancid, and your shoes will be sticky after throwing trash away. Trash gets overloaded every week and people dump bed frames mattresses and other furniture. There’s a lot of hidden fees that pop up when the building needs more money to hold a community event. Parking is $225 and there’s constantly unhoused people that wonder around the garage. Office staff can’t even secure workers for 3 months without them leaving due to negligence. The manager will manipulate and gaslight you into thinking this is a safe place to live but remains off site most times. If you get locked out you will have to contact a locksmith however, you can’t access the building or elevator without a key fob and their door buzzer isn’t properly functioning half the time. Alexandra (Ally) Nunez is incompetent and unable to manage staff as she lacks accountability and allows her staff to remain unknowable to make herself look more competent. Your emails between staff are now encrypted so you can’t even post or share them with your legal team or reviews because they are so mismanaged. AMC the company is currently being sued for a pregnant mother going into labor early for being harassed by her neighbor and was ignored for months.

Tried to submit this via the new maintenance portal but received an error instead. The breezeways on the 6th floor were finally cleaned, but I believe a little more care could have gone into the process. The water used for cleaning wasn't vacuumed or recycled in any way, so there's been a standing puddle next to the elevator all week. Keep in mind that this water is full of the mold and debris that was cleaned, so the mess was just pushed aside. At one point some of the water trickled underneath my door. It was black when I cleaned it. This water was also tracked into the elevator on the floor AND the walls. The elevator/entrance is already dirty enough as is. We also weren't warned ahead of time that the cleaning would be taking place. I work from home, so the noise was a little disruptive. I've enjoyed my time here so far (almost three months), but this side of the apartment grounds feels neglected.

Washer and dryer were fixed, they even opened up an other unit so I can do my laundry so that I wouldn’t have to spend money while the problem was getting fixed. Thanks.
