We enjoy living here. My spouse and I have a 1 bed apartment. 460 sq ft. Rent is high for the small size, but we do have a lovely balcony, in-unit washer & dryer, and there's a nice clubhouse with indoor and outdoor seating (it's more of a rooftop lounge). You can see Mt Hood on a clear day from the roof.
I believe the building was constructed in 2018. We haven't had any bugs (knock on wood). Sound barriers between apartments (vertically and horizontally) are the best we've ever had in an apartment - though sound slips through the doors into the hallway a bit, as well as smells. The trash chutes are nice. Storage is minimal - be prepared to get creative. Fortunately Ikea is near the airport (and delivers!). Water pressure is just fine. We've never run out of hot water, though when it was particularly cold out last year, it didn't feel like we could get the water hot enough. Apartments have an exhaust vent for portable AC in the living room. Our sourthern apartment gets hot - our first summer, it got to 93 inside without AC. But we also have only had to turn the heating on around 3-5x per winter season. Maintenance usually responds within 24 hours, and is quick, calm, and competent.
Lots of dogs in the building. Very cute. None of us residents interact much, but we try to introduce ourselves to people we see often or on our floor. It seems like most residents appreciate putting a name to a face, but generally keep to themselves.
Pretty equidistant from both Burnside and Sandy. The 12, 19, & 20 stop within 3 blocks and can get you downtown to PSU, out to Washington Park, up to Rose Quarter TC, and out to Providence hospital in one ride. About a half mile from 28th ave and from Belmont. About a mile from Hawthorne, & the river.
Nice place :^)

I have been trying to get a hold of someone for almost 2 months... I have called multiple numbers and even sent messages on rentcafe where I saw the avaliable apartments and no one gets back to you or answers the phone I have also showed up to the property twice, once when it was supposed to be opened and the doors were locked and I couldn't speak to anyone... these apartments look beautiful and as a disabled person the location is amazing as its near my care giver and my doctor's but no one actually can take the time to answer the phones and honestly its really un professional

This place is awesome for the price. I see a few reviews complaining about noise and construction but I never had issues. The price is much less than buildings in the area and I'd venture to say the complainers chose based on price and the value is great. Awesome rooftop and the manager is always super responsive. The only issue I ever had was with bad neighbors that didn't follow rules.
