Really Mikki
Feb 28, 2026
I’ve been dealing with this company from January 15 to February 28, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.
They lost my first application and instead of refunding the fee, required me to submit — and pay for — a second application. I was told my first application was approved and that I could move in, yet no one scheduled a tour or even discussed specific available units with me. It wasn’t until I submitted the second application that a tour was finally arranged.
During this time, the property was sold to a new ownership group, which only added to the confusion and lack of communication. The representative I worked with, Emily, did provide a tour, but the condition of the building was extremely disappointing. There were holes in the walls, broken windows on one floor, and a strong, unpleasant odor lingering throughout each level. While there were workers present, every unit shown to me was either in disrepair or not move-in ready. The only unit I would have considered — Unit 213 — was missing appliances and still needed cleaning, though it was the only one without visible stains.
I submitted my second application on February 20 and received no follow-up communication. Instead, I randomly received what appeared to be an AI-generated message stating that a lease agreement would be drafted — without any discussion of updated terms under the new ownership.
Between the lost application, double charges, poor communication, building condition, and ownership transition, the entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you are looking for a clean, well-managed, and respectful place to live, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The exterior presentation may appear charming, but the reality does not match.
Parking is handled by a third-party vendor, with very limited spaces available. I was told many residents are forced to park on the street. The leasing office is also located in a separate side building that is easy to miss. Additionally, there is only one elevator in the building, which would make moving in extremely difficult, especially since there is no option to reserve it.
Overall, this experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Proceed with caution.
P.S. I yet to be refunded or credit though I was promised twice in the last week.
