  Amazing people in the Office. Michel and Sky are the nicest community managers Ive ever worked with. The maintenance crew is so friendly and fast at getting things taken care of when there are issues. Perfectly located building in an amazing area of downtown. The access to the bike lanes and bike path to get to the waterfront are only 1 block away. Food carts on 4th and many food options nearby. The streetcar stops right in front of the building. Ive only been at the Harrison for a month now and it is a great place to live.

  Management sky was knowledgeable. She was tracking her sell and able to tell me everything and show me everything as a prospective resident and was never abrasive just quick and multitasking. If they didn't have carpet I'd want to live here. We are still applying because it was so pleasant even though I'm not Jessica and 1 place was rented I still felt sky would be better as a landlord then any I've encouraged sense 2018 when I moved into town. It's scattered to find good responses with closer's who know what they are selling and know how to get me what I need. It was nice she could accommodate me and baby. It's not got ramps to the office or apartment gym or pool so if you have a baby stroller bring your back carrier. It's right next to the waterfront and the deck space was ample then the whole view and doors from windowsvwas as if I was outside but warm and comfortable. They do say that if you want carpet removed it's at my expense.$1.75 for wash $1.75 to dry and a dog wash station is awesome. That is awesome so that's why I'll still apply. Thank you sky! As a side note she isn't discouraging about me being honest about my animals and was genuinely interested in my 2 farrets. It was beautiful. Thank you again.

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here and genuinely enjoy calling this building home. The community feels welcoming and well cared for, and the management team has been responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with whenever anything comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a big difference day-to-day. My wife and I have lived here for almost half a year and truly love it. The location has been perfect for our needs, and the staff and maintenance team have been awesome to work with. They’re very responsive and clearly put real effort into resolving issues quickly and efficiently. You can tell they genuinely take pride in what they do, which makes a big difference as residents. Overall, it’s been a great place to live — comfortable, well managed, and a space where it’s easy to settle in and feel at home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a positive living experience.
