I had a box of binders in my private office, which I only have the key to (and Wework), and I come back after not being in the office for our two weeks, and the box is missing. I confirmed with the front desk that the box of binders is not in my home either. After reviewing footage that is directly pointed at my office, they tell me that no one from the cleaning crew or office staff went into my office. I have escalated this to an account manager and corporate, and i have been ignored by every single one of them. luckily there was nothing inside those binders, but its incredibly concerning that there was a risk of HIPAA violation when I thought being at WeWork would be safe and secure. 2. I requested to get my windows tinted since my office is at the corner and everyone can see inside. I was quoted $2,100 because I HAVE to get it done through WeWork since they do not allow you to put anything else on the covers. This is incredibly steep pricing for a window cling that can be bought on Amazon for $20. Pictures attached of my fishbowl office that everyone can see inside. 3. Be prepared to pay for everything. Since I was a private member, I was given 12 credits a month to be used to reserve a conference room. They charge 2 credits PER HALF HOUR. that means, if I need to reserve a conference room for more than 3 hours, I had to GO BUY MORE. in addition, you get charged for using the printer which I know these services a few years ago were free to use. I think WeWork works better if you're there for the day/ getting one of those desks in the front, but other than that, it is not worth the money at all.

Great physical space (the nicest building I've worked in), nice people (four stars because corporate made a mistake letting go of Emily), and excellent amenities (rooftop deck, yoga Wednesdays, multiple coffee machines, sparkling drinks on tap). Opportunities for improvement: cargo bike parking, handicap access for front door (for cargo bike), and a small weight room.
