  Kelly is a great manager and really cares about the tenants. She’s very helpful and tries her best to make sure you’re comfortable. Place is decent and the maintenance workers are very prompt when it comes to repairs. Only con I would say is some neighbors being loud at quiet times here and there. Overall, I would recommend living here.

  I do enjoy living here due to it being mostly quiet during quiet hours. I enjoy the scenery I have from my balcony. I am not impressed with the contracted companies especially the power washing of the buildings. The stairwell to My apartment was never cleaned by the power washing company. There was additional filth on the wall and the stairwell continues to collect debris when windy and is getting worse not to mention the spider webs. Some newer resents are not the nicest people to their pets but hopefully this improves. No animal should be yelled at or yanked on when toileting their pet.

  We love it here! Our neighbors are great and quiet. The office staff is so helpful and the maintenance guys are always right on things!

  I met with Kelly. Very kind and caring. The information is straight away as well as easy to navigate website. The apartments are great with Impressive updates and security improvements.
