- CPCharles pierceJun 14, 20255.0The mangmt here is thumbs up , nice, polite, and easy to communicate with if you have any questions, the units are nice, and comfortable, the kitchens come complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and some cabinet space, and last but not least, say goodbye to the laundry mat yep add the washer and dryer and where do I sign. And I haven't even started yet , let's check out the with in walking distance part, surrounded by shopping and restaurants, coffee, grocery chains , Fredmyers, WinCo, motel lodging, and a hospital, and I'm sure I missed something, but yeah add in that your right next to I 205 and I think I'll get used to it, I guess, if I have to .
- MLMichelle LovelyApr 17, 20211.0We live there for 3yrs, the was always locked, my car was towed twice from the lot no real explanation bc it was on the list with the correct license plate after months i got the money back from the tows but not the taxis ride or lost pay for taking the day off to get my car back. After 3yrs of rug inspections for our cats, nothing was found but after we moved out they tried to sue us for new rugs of $2800 we had to get a lawyer. We had pic and they didn't or come to court with rug samples so they lost. Rent at your risk but protect yourself.

Whoever planned and approved the expansion is either incompetent or truly doesn't give a rip about the residents. The new units are right up against the existing units, about 10 feet away and their bedroom windows face right into the others living rooms and dining rooms. For real. I don't know, I could be missing something here, maybe they have a good reason. I'd love to hear from management about why they did this. Now is as good a time as any to tell your side, JMW Properties.
- JVJeremiah VosMar 23, 20161.0DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY OR DEPOSIT!!! This is the worst apartment experience I have ever experienced! Do not rent at Lorence Court apartments! My family and I rented a unit at Lorence Court Apartments for 6 months. The unit was infested with fleas when we moved in and despite vacuuming the entire unit daily, washing our small dog daily, and maintaining an immaculately clean floor space, my children were covered in flea bites for the duration of our stay. We were forced to move out to protect our children from the flea infestation that many of the other residents were very vocal about as well. In addition to stealing our entire deposit after move out, JMW Properties charged us for pest control. This complex does not even deserve one star
