DEPOSIT IS NEVER RETURNED....LIARS AND CROOKS. DON'T LIVE HERE...INFESTATIONS OF ANTS AND FLEAS ....MANY TERRIBLE NEIGHBORS.... I MOVED IN right after they were built and it was great then.. Too bad
- ILinesa lunguJan 9, 20181.0Please don’t live here... we lived here for 11 months (yes 1 month away from year we ran away) I had someone break into my car and they didn’t care. We lived right by trash cans and at all times of night nasty bums would be digging through trash getting it everywhere and being so loud we couldn’t sleep! What made me run off is the fact that someone tried to break into my place (the lock and handle were broken) and the manager didn’t even care. No refund no nothing for the deposit and she wanted to charge me. Witch is illegal but I was so over it I just didn’t care. They don’t care about the safety of you and your family they will charge you for anything and everything possible!

Maintenance gets things fixed as soon as you request it and office management is kind and always helpful. I HIGHLY recommend living here.

Affordable, clean and literally next to everything (post office, banks, restaurants, grocery stores, mall 205, 24-hour Starbucks, etc.) I lived here for a year and enjoyed my stay. It's a convenient place to live if you don't drive, close to bus 20, 15 and blue line max. The apartments themselves are nice and the bedroom in my one bed apt was very spacious. They are also fairly quiet except when the garbage truck comes on Tuesday morning. One downside is that, while they are pet friendly, owning a pet is expensive here due to a huge pet deposit and pet rent on top of that. I couldn't get a pet while I was there. Another bad thing is that it's kinda close to sketchy areas, but the neighborhood right around it is okay. You can sign a six-month lease so it's a pretty good option for young people with roommates (they have townhouses) or those new to the area.
