We just had to have our stove and dryer fixed. The 2 gentlemen (Salvador and TC?) who came in were simply fabulous! Very courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Did the repairs, and cleaned up after themselves! Everything was done in less than 15 minutes!! Thank you so much for being so prompt and clean! You guys are the best!

DO NOT move into apt 331. Management gave it to us on a deal and explained that they were having a hard time renting it out, now I know why. The family of 5 upstairs will constantly keep you up with the domestic violence, and foundation shaking stomping and jumping off couches. From 5am to 8pm it’s constant pounding from the wife and kids, from 8pm to midnight it’s yelling from the dad at said wife and kids. There is no headphones in the world to drown this out because it shakes the whole foundation of the apartment. Our outside patio was constantly covered in trash that they throw from their patio. When this was brought up to management they told us to call the cops. When the cops were called they told us to mind our own business. It’s kind of hard to mind your own business when you heard every aspect of their daily living. Our unit was drastically different from the unit shown to us. The walls were cracked, animal odor from previous tenants, painted over claw/chew marks from previous tenants animals , rusted out and dirty dishwasher, dirty kitchen drawers (upon move in), and absolutely no hot water. Not worth the $1550

Lived here for two years. I know it’s typical to raise rent prices, I let it slide the first year when they tried increasing it by a hundred dollars and they hadn’t updated anything in the apartment. The apartment I had had 2000’s cabinets /interior. No overhead lighting like the 90s. Then they tried increasing it another hundred the next year. I drew the line there. You cannot up charge people for their living space when you aren’t doing anything to make the living space better. All the neighbors smoked indoors, my upstairs neighbor had a party (what sounded like) every other night. And to top it off, I would get home and have NO PARKING by my apartment because they would never enforce the parking situation. They put these signs on the cars but just let them sit there for weeks on end. There’s a motorcycle that’s been sitting there for two months with no parking pass on it. Then, when I was moving out they claimed there was a $1,100 CLEANING FEE? I put a deposit down that was $1600 dollars and left it cleaner than I found it. In no way shape or form should I or my roommate have to pay that much to clean an apartment that would probably have to be remodeled anyways because the interior is so old. It is my first experience living in an apartment complex and I will just say be weary. And don’t be fooled by the pool and hot tub. It’s open 2 months out of the year and constantly filled by kids with no supervision. So try relaxing on a day with 50 kids doing cannon balls by you. NO THANKS. These guys are all greedy and scummy. I don’t know how they live with themselves honestly
