- ETEsther ThompsonSep 18, 20195.0I moved here a little over 3 months ago. I lived in another CTL property in Wilsonville and was so happy there that when it was time to move I chose this place. So far I'm happy here. I definitely didn't get one of the higher rent units and my apartment is really nice. My kitchen appliances and all my flooring are new. My washer and dryer are not, but work great. The grounds are kept clean and looking nice. There have been a couple of issues and the manager has been great. We talk and handle everything like reasonable adults and worked everything out. I feel like it honestly matters to her that people are happy living here
- JMJj MooreMay 14, 20194.0Pros: Location is amazing 2 different bus routes right next to the complex, Can walk to winco, Wal-Mart, Goodwill, Jack in the box and much much more in less than 20 minutes. Maintenance is same day 99% of the time. Has a washer and dryer, In the last 2 yrs they replaced all the outside lights with led, repainted the parking spot numbers. Cons: Cheaper units come with very old appliance that sort of work so they'll never be upgraded, maintenance is amazing at keeping them just barely working, they raise the rent every lease renewal on average $ 80-100. Not much for storage, built in storage in closets really limit your options. All in all I like living here.
