  I have known Christina Hamilton for more than 10 years. She first helped me sell my house in 2007. She then was our realtor to buy a house in 2016. She is a great realtor with which to work. In 2007, our house sold very quickly! The entire experience was seamless and easy for us. She also made the home search and home buying fun in 2016 and we ended up with the perfect place! She really listened to our preferences and made good recommendations for homes to view. She was very knowledgeable about the process we were going through and patient with all of our questions. We have been in our new home for about four years now and couldn't be happier.

  This is the third time we have used the expertise of Christina Hamilton since 2005. It was an absolute pleasure to have her be our realtor again. What we like about Chris is her attention to detail, her response time in getting tasks accomplished, and her advocacy for you, the client. She replies to her emails or texts quickly.   We met Chris at an open house and I immediately liked how she managed to be attentive without being overbearing or pushy. My husband and I can take a long time to consider how a house feels and how we imagine ourselves living in it. Chris was nothing but helpful, insightful, and informative. She seemed to know when to ask questions and when to let us think. At no point did I feel like she was trying to sell us something that we didn't want. She's amazingly organized and always followed up and followed through. Chris really carried us through the times when we were discouraged by the competitiveness of the market and wondering if what we wanted was out there in our price range. Her consistency makes her invaluable. I cannot recommend her enough especially if you're a first time home buyer and would like an experienced agent who doesn't have major salesperson vibes. I'm definitely sad that we won't be hanging out every weekend anymore but so happy that Chris has been there to guide us to a good home.
