  Overpriced 1960's apartments with 0 updates. No lighting, black mold because of badly leaking windows. My oven cant hold a temperature and has open holes on the door all across the top (probably why lol) My freezer cant keepna constant temperature either. Everything is very old outdated and extremely poor quality like the laundry facility. The office people will lie to get you to move here, there are so many other places that are so much better quality for the price.

  The apartment is a low income apartment for family or who has low income, we don't have to expect luxury and confor after lying to go in.

  The people here are constantly slamming doors all day and night. It's impossible to get enough sleep living here. The office people slam stuff around in the office shaking my apartment then hand out noise complaints for any little noise they hear even though I wasn't home. They tell you to call them while hearing the noises but they can't even do that themselves making it pretty ridiculous to get a complaint when I'm not even home. They make you go through hoops to complain about the neighbors to the point where its not even worth waisting my time complaining, but they'll give you a complaint with 0 proof of anything. This place is a joke whole property is a black mold infested dump. If you look at all the properties owned by this company not one of them has any good reviews. You'd think that would be a sign to move onto other business ventures, but no they'll keep renting out overpriced garbage apartments and hire people who are completely oblivious to customer service

  Way overpriced for low, poor quality apartments. Mice, mold, poorly insulated original windows from 1969! Management is less than interested in following up or FOLLOWING THRU on anything you bring to them. Dog waste all over the property, owners don’t pick up after their animals, dogs are running around off leash - even the aggressive ones, mold/mildew and mice…and management doesn’t even acknowledge or follow up on any of it.

  We recently applied to this apartment complex where we were told they would offer us a $99 security deposit "move in special". They held onto our application for an entire 7 days. When we called to check up on it, she told us she'd been working on it, even though we knew they hadn't called our past landlords or verified employment. Then we got an email from them that Friday afternoon telling us that the $400 security deposit was due within 24 hours or we would lose the apartment and once we paid it, we would be able to see the lease. Then we received another email from them telling us the next payment of $500 for the security deposit would be due on Monday (for a total of $900). We went to the office first thing the next morning when it opened to ask what the hell happened and why our security deposit was NINE TIMES what they had told us it would be and all we got were excuses about how they were busy and it wasn't their fault they hadn't heard from our past landlords but they needed to to verify our rental history or they couldn't reduce the rate. She refused to even show us the lease (saying it "wasn't generated yet"), but told us they wouldn't cancel our application. She said she would call later that day to let us know the status of things. We never heard from her. Then Monday morning, two days later, we got an email from them minutes after they opened informing us that our application was canceled because we hadn't paid the deposit AFTER telling us they wouldn't cancel our application. And they hadn't even finished processing it because they still have not spoken to any of our past landlords. When we called to ask what happened, the manager hung up on us! We called back and asked for the number to their head office and they refused to give it. Needless to say, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. What a complete, skeezy, scammy place. I've never been treated worse by a management company in my life and I'm grateful we only lost $80 in application fees to them.
