- ASAminah S.Mar 26, 20264.0We signed a lease with the previous property management and they were awful. They let the buildings go into disrepair and moved us into a unit that had a leaking roof as well as mold. Since the new management has taken over, they have been making so many positive changes to the complex and have helped us significantly. Brandon and Dylan have been extremely attentive with our maintenance requests and are very respectful of our home. The office folks are awesome too. Sometimes a bit disorganized and non responsive to voicemails but I understand they are dealing with a lot since taking over the complex. The complex is definitely on the up and up with the new ownership and it’s awesome to see all of the positive changes coming.

Tyler and his staff were responsive and straightforward. Tucked away in a very secluded part of Portland. Feels like you live in the woods.
