  2nd Floor is the noisiest floor in all of Portland. Don’t move into any units on the 2nd floor or even 3rd floor, because you’ll be right above the noise. I’ve been to 100+ apartments in the Portland area and this floor has children screaming and dogs howling and barking at all hours. Neighbors are disrespectful and don’t care to prevent the noise and management doesn’t take initiative to let the residents know that the walls are thin, so noise travels through very easily and even when management tells residents to keep the noise down, residents continue to do it anyways.

  I just moved in and I love the aesthetics and the modern look. It’s hard to come by a place that looks this nice but affordable for students. Doug (leasing agent) was such a great help! He helped me out so much throughout process even tho I was nagging him he had all questions answered and made sure I got my apartment by the date I needed it. He is very helpful and will do everything he can to make sure you are more than satisfied. Highly recommend this spot!

  They are a lot nicer before you move in. Devin is rude. It’s ok to be nice. The world would be a better place if more people would choose to be kind.
