  Absolutely loved my stay at The Boulevard apartments for ~ 2 years. Kind and responsive staff, and the complex is clean, and well-kept.

  I've been living here 3 years now and have always had great communication with the office and staff! The community is truly lovely and stives to keep things tidy and clean, I do however find the frequency of loud landscaping tools to be excessive, my partner partially works from home and I have off work hours, and having multiple leaf blowers going on and off for 4 + hours multiple times a week can be incredibly frustrating and distracting, even when we try and drown out the noise they continually pass by the windows and we never really know when we'll get the quiet again
