  The good will started when we moved in - a few days before the apartment we to be 'ready'. It was perfectly clean & we had a happy arrival

  I've been living here 3 years now and have always had great communication with the office and staff! The community is truly lovely and stives to keep things tidy and clean, I do however find the frequency of loud landscaping tools to be excessive, my partner partially works from home and I have off work hours, and having multiple leaf blowers going on and off for 4 + hours multiple times a week can be incredibly frustrating and distracting, even when we try and drown out the noise they continually pass by the windows and we never really know when we'll get the quiet again

  We were working to get the lease signed. It was the first corporate lease the management had done, which I understand some of the delays. The bad part was the lack of communication. She kept saying that she was so busy. I understand busy, but that is no reason for no reply to emails or phone calls where a message was left. I am housing coordinator for over 100 apartments. When I am working to get an apartment open, I need to know where the process is at. The apartment is beautiful and now that our tenants are here and moved in, they are happy and satisfied.

  Put in a maintenance request for kitchen sink disposal not working. Team responded in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue right away. Technician was very professional and personable. Very pleased. Thank you for your prompt, professional service!

  Our apartment was beautiful, community very friendly, staff very accommodating! My partner and I loved living here.
