Location is bad because super overcrowded and next to a high-school so no parking and lots of noise. I didn't enjoy living here

I’ve been a tenant for over 5 years used to be a great place but management now is trash they do everything to push tenants out parking is atrocious and they now love to tow vehicles even if you have a parking pass, the excuse the towing company claims is they didn’t see it shady management does zero to assist. They continue to raise rents even with their terrible service. It’s a money grab for this management all they care about. So my review I regret daily I’m in a lease with this place zero loyalty to tenants who have been here but I’m sure they’ll sell you on something to steal your money for year or more. In closing the new management isn’t just trash it’s beyond that. Update just got the tow bill of 408.00 from 21st century towing who management uses to tow resident vehicles due to the fact there’s no parking around the complex unless you pay them extra fees to park in the complex and even then still got towed 408.00. Towing company was cool admitted it’s the landings management which wants this done.

Lived here for 2 years
1 year in a 1 bedroom
1 year in a 2 bedroom
Negative’s:
If you want to move into somewhere where you are almost guaranteed to not get your deposit back, this is your place! Me and my girlfriend moved out and deep cleaned everything per their request - and missing a few things they still pinged us for it. I figured deep cleaning is a pretty normal thing MANAGEMENT should be accountable for.
Poor ventilation of apartments/ cheap windows.
We had really bad moisture develop on our windows which we had to watch daily - put in damp rids and kept fans on all the time but never worked well enough.
I had a move in inspection that identified the fridge drawers had cracks - once I moved out they charged me for said drawers. Why am I paying for this when I moved into this place in that condition?
I also got crap for having a dog that was slightly overweight - a beagle. But I wonder if they gave crap to my horrible downstairs neighbor when his Great Dane attempted an attack on me and my dog.
The positives:
Good maintenance team
They have good communication/ quick responses
On site gym is nice and clean
Most management are friendly

Worst place I have ever lived. They don't pay for any utilities, they complain about your car even if you have a parking permit, they are rude, they are really bad at fixing anything, they don't take notice complaints seriously, they have horrible ventilation in the apartments. There 1 bedroom is 1075+100 for water and sewer and water+fees for there service of just being there are dumb. The floor plans are bad. Worst place I have ever lived. Most expensive for what you get and everything about them is just outrageous. Don't move here. You'll regret it. I would give them negative stars but can't.
