  We lived here for almost two years in a townhouse, and it wasn’t great. Mainly do to terrible neighbors. Pros: - Maintence team is great, and they almost always come next day. -The townhouses are nice, and have been kept up well Cons: - The design of these townhouse is terrible, the neighbors front door is directly under your bedroom window. We had 5 male college students living next to us and we would constantly be woken up by them coming and going. - The parking is insane. We had a 2 car garage so it wasn’t a personal issue but anything we had guests come over they could never find parking. Some townhouse have 5 cars that all park on the street and there’s nothing the complex can do about it because it’s a public street - People constantly illegally park because the parking is so bad but we had to call the code enforcement multiple times because of people blocking the entrance the the alley ways -Clackamas community college students use these as frat houses. There’s a least three houses on Tannery that are full of college students. Our neighbors use to throw parties all through the night and the complex tried the help but the parties never stopped. We had to call the police with noise complaints multiple times because we could hear music through the wall in the middle of the night. - There is an Amazon box that all your Amazon packages will be delivered regardless of if you want them to or not. Super annoying having to go pick them up. - You also won’t get your deposit back, the charge you for carpet cleaning and a cleaning fee. Which total around $400. Overall it’s a fine place to live, but the neighbors you have will really make or break it. If you get bad neighbors don’t expect management to be able to help, and have non emergency on speed dial.

  Location is bad because super overcrowded and next to a high-school so no parking and lots of noise. I didn't enjoy living here

  I’ve been a tenant for over 5 years used to be a great place but management now is trash they do everything to push tenants out parking is atrocious and they now love to tow vehicles even if you have a parking pass, the excuse the towing company claims is they didn’t see it shady management does zero to assist. They continue to raise rents even with their terrible service. It’s a money grab for this management all they care about. So my review I regret daily I’m in a lease with this place zero loyalty to tenants who have been here but I’m sure they’ll sell you on something to steal your money for year or more. In closing the new management isn’t just trash it’s beyond that. Update just got the tow bill of 408.00 from 21st century towing who management uses to tow resident vehicles due to the fact there’s no parking around the complex unless you pay them extra fees to park in the complex and even then still got towed 408.00. Towing company was cool admitted it’s the landings management which wants this done.

  The Landing Apartments sets the standard when it comes to apartment living. From the day we moved in the office staff have been top notch when it comes to managing this complex. The maintenance team is in a league of their own. I submit a maintenance request in the morning and by the time I get home from work the problem is fixed, confirmation of the work has been sent to me via email and a courtesy call has been made to make sure everything was addressed. I worked a 14 hour day and my girlfriend locked me out and left town...made one phone call and my apartment was unlocked before I got home.( what would I have done? ) If your looking to rent here I promise you won’t regret it one bit! Parking is never a issue, The complex is always peaceful and quite. We appreciate your hard work guys! Keep it up and thank you! Your bosses should give you all a HUGE raise!
