  I have lived here for the last 4 years almost, so I was here when management switched over and at least for me, that wasn't nearly as rocky/bad as I've seen some comments make it look. Sure, when new management comes in, there are bound to be some hiccups while new systems are put into place, but I found the new staff to be just as warm & friendly as the previous staff! And yes, our rent did increase some, but like I said, I've been here 4 years. To think rent was never going to increase in that time frame at all feels like a silly expectation. The ladies who run the office have been extremely helpful, and the maintenance team has always had strong communication with me, as well as has been very helpful and nice the times we needed them! The only thing I will say that was a bummer is the dumpster get pretty full because tenants overfill them, or the dumpster area looks worse than it should because some people tend to leave their trash on the ground instead of putting it in the dumpsters even when they're empty for some reason. But I still see that as more of issue with tenants not following rules, and not necessarily a fault of the staff! It's really been a pleasure living here all this time!

  The apartments were clean, in good repair, and in a quiet setting. Courtney was courteous and thorough with the tour and application process.

  Springbrook is our home away from home. My husband and I moved in the end of August and truly appreciate our welcome from a clean apartment to well groomed grounds around us. I enjoy the workout room and daily greetings from staff. Thank you for a little bit of Heaven on Earth!😀
