  We’ve been going apartment shopping for a while know and we’ve been to about 3 until we found cascade apartments, the main issue with other apartments was the inconsistent help from the front desk staff, when we came to cascade apartments we met Monica and from the start she has been SUPER helpful and guiding us through everything and making sure we have everything we need and even reaching out, Monica is definitely one of the reasons we are choosing to live in casade apartments, the place itself is kept really clean and is beautiful and comfortable.

  My family is moving out of Cascade Place Apartments due to serious safety concerns that management has repeatedly ignored. In 2024, the complex had 137 police-reported incidents — more than 22 times higher than the Molalla citywide average — including drug activity, violence, and stalking. My family has personally had to call the police on multiple occasions. Despite documenting and reporting these issues to management, our concerns were met with deflection, gaslighting, and dismissive responses. We were left to cope with dangerous situations on our own. Management clearly does not prioritize tenant safety, and living here was stressful and unsafe. I do not recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a safe, well-managed home.

  I like this place, I live right behind Grocery Outlet Idk what Ozzy Oz is talking about not a whole lotta noise coming from a grocery store. I also have 3 dogs, I assure you they do not bark 24/7 as we have a treat camera so I can monitor them while my wife and I are at work, There was a guy with a Janky Subaru but I believe he moved. Its hard to blame the place for other peoples issues. They gave a notice out but they are just doing their jobs making sure we are safe. I would rather them test the alarms and make sure we are safe then being incinerated alive. I also am not sure why they complained about kids running a muck here? I live on the bottom floor and almost never observe trash or anything being left by children if anything its cigarette butts and beer cans. I gave it 4 stars because it does have its corks. The pool is always green, There is no gym wipes in the gym, Karen neighbors etc. Its apartment living, I have lived in far worse places with higher reputation. I plan on renewing our lease when it comes time. Thank you Cascade Place.
