She was extremely professional and helped us every single step of the way from touring, to filling out an application and being very clear on what the process was like and when we could expect to get an answer. Maintenance is quick to come in and fix any issues and very chill person, really appreciate him. We can hear our neighbor but that is what apartment living is we are going to hear our neighbors and if anyone has an issue with it then maybe they should buy a house. My fiancé loves the convenience of being able to walk to grocery outlet and how close Safeway is. Being close to everything is super nice but being away from the main road is even better we have both enjoyed living here these past 2 months and hope everything continuous to be as smooth as it has been. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends, free internet and cable is a plus although we mostly stream it’s nice having one less bill to pay.

- JHJulian HernandezDec 9, 20255.0We’ve been going apartment shopping for a while know and we’ve been to about 3 until we found cascade apartments, the main issue with other apartments was the inconsistent help from the front desk staff, when we came to cascade apartments we met Monica and from the start she has been SUPER helpful and guiding us through everything and making sure we have everything we need and even reaching out, Monica is definitely one of the reasons we are choosing to live in casade apartments, the place itself is kept really clean and is beautiful and comfortable.
