- RHRobert HooperDec 17, 20255.0Altamont Summit is a wonderfully designed property. Natural gas heating is one great feature. The community is well represented by Kelsey & Brendan. The matrix of earnings to rent (of a factor of three)is fine given taxes and normal consumer demands. That factor is troubling for a retired, 35 year homeowner with a 800 credit score. Our taxes are paid & credit consumption is different. I would love to make the Summit my home.

My dishwasher also tends to have problems frequently, otherwise however. I am continuing to enjoy my time here at OATW.

- LNLucas NolingOct 27, 20251.0This place is a complete joke. I can’t believe how bad the communication is. Don’t expect them to ever return an email, or be in the office. The girl that works at the front desk is completely useless. I can’t tell you how many times they could not complete basic tasks. It is literally impossible to talk to the property manager. He/she is never available or ever in the office. We had a pipe burst in the unit above us and it was leaking water into our bathroom. We put in routine maintenance requests. It took weeks to even get a response. Finally black mold started to grow in the water logged walls and I had to throw such a fit I finally got them to come fix it. It is supposedly a non smoking complex and the guy below us smoked in his apartment for months and months and months and they did nothing for several months even though we brought it up multiple times. We have recently moved out to a much better place but now they want us to replace the carpet which is absolutely ridiculous. We can’t even pay the bill because we no longer can log into our account since we don’t live there. It took them over two weeks to respond to our last email about it, and finally I drove over there to talk to them. The girl behind the desk who can’t do her job said she would let the property manager know but wouldn’t give us a number or email to contact him directly. It’s been five days and I doubt I’ll ever hear back from the property manager. This place is a scam, i am serious, run away, do not rent an apartment from this place!!!
