  I strongly advise against using this property management company. My experience as a property owner was extremely disappointing due to ongoing unprofessional conduct, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. When I initially contacted the office, the tone I received was dismissive and rude until it became clear that I was the property owner rather than a tenant. Communication throughout the management period was inconsistent, and concerns I raised about tenant placement and property oversight were not addressed in a timely or professional manner. After terminating the management agreement due to repeated issues, the keys to the property were returned, but the mailbox key was not included. When I followed up, I was unable to get a clear or cooperative response. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket to have the mailbox lock changed and a new key issued. Overall, the company failed to properly market, manage, and maintain my property, and I was left dealing with problems that should have been handled by management. If you value professionalism, clear communication, and responsible property management, I recommend looking elsewhere.

  Stephanie has always been absolutely amazing. She was amazing throughout our rental process. She has gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible for our family. Even when things felt overwhelming or emotional on our end, she stayed patient, supportive, and super responsive. She handled all of the details, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about making this work for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful for everything she has done. Stephanie is the kind of professional who actually makes renting a home feel easy, personal, and even joyful! WE can't recommend her enough!!!!

  Horrifying experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. I’m asking you to stop reporting reviews you dislike. Once that happens my original comment can stay, however until that day I’ll continue to repost my comment. Regardless of how much you only want reviews that lie about your company when you people are horrible.

  I would just like to say I've been renting a place since October from Choice One. Stephanie was the person I spoke to when I first applied she's been very helpful and friendly and accommodating and made my transition to a new place go very smoothly. Everyone that works there that I've met always welcome you with a smile and make sure any questions are concerned are always answered or addressed very quickly as well as professionally. I highly recommend then if you are looking for a place to rent.
