Mario is a true professional and a mortgage expert. I had (what I thought was) a complicated refi. Mario helped me use home equity to pay off my credit cards and other debt. Then I converted to a fifteen year mortgage that will save me $100k on what I would have spent on 30-year loan interest. I even locked in a sub 3% rate on the new loan. Mario is the best!
