From day one, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me work towards my first investment property. Even after closing, Steve and Robert didn’t disappear.   We were very skeptical that we could get our house sold quickly in this tricky market, but Steve's team delivered! Steve came to meet us and explained his approach, and we did not talk to any other realtors. We got the help we needed to prep the house, and the whole process was turnkey. The designer, Alicia, assessed the house and did a marvelous job of incorporating our furnishings into her beautiful staging. Robert used his magic to find potential buyers. He held an open house that stunned us with the number of potential buyers that came to view the house. We had 3 offers after just 5 days on the market! Seeing that SOLD sign in the front of our house was amazing! Steve and Robert took our stress away by listening to our needs and getting the job done way beyond our expectations!

  Steve's team worked with my parents to help them as they were downsizing. They found a great home for them near us, and then sold the home they lived in for 30 some years. Moving after all of those years was hard for my parents, but Steve and Adam showed an incredible amount of understanding and patience as they helped my parents navigate this move. Now, they're happily settled in a house they love and just closed the sale on their previous home in far less time than we thought it might take.
