- JLJoseph LehmanMay 3, 20171.0DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FRPM HERE IF YOURE A YOUNGER COUPLE. Me and my fiancé and our son were tenants here for a little over a year, neighbors loved us, we worked and came home and minded our business. Then one day the apartment manager evicted us for "non communication" but what really happened is everytime we would go down to the office for an appointment she scheduled the landlord was NEVER there. Her job is to be down there from 8-5 but she never usually is. Then we admired defeat and moved out. Cleaned the apartment very well and even fixed the one small hole that we had made in the wall. Now instead of giving us our security deposit back the manager here is charging us $673 for all the "cleaning" they had to do. We removed the battery's from the smoke detectors because every five minutes it they would beep and it kept us awake. For the "damaged"smoke detoectors alone she charged us $135. She also made very strange charges that multiple tenants told us she charges people then pockets the money for herself to spend. Please help spread the word. It is not ok to treat your tenants this way!
