3-4 months later our kitchen drawer has been replaced and for the time being works great! (See previous review for background) We felt while our drawer has been repaired/replaced it is important to make sure everything is clear. As a person who values money, privacy, and keeping up with obligations I feel making sure the next future resident of KSA knows our experience. With the drawer repair completed we still await the following: guest bathtub seal and flooring is coming up. Water has already bubbled the floor, as a respectable tenant we have made a choice to not use that space until fixed. We were told in writing it would be completed a few weeks ago by maintenance. $2200 in rent, 1 bathroom down, we pay for 2. Master bedroom globe to the main light fixture broke. Considering our wait time on a kitchen drawer, living in darkness for a few months in a bedroom (assuming) was not a viable solution. It broke, pure accident when changing the bulbs. Roughly two weeks ago we were told this would be completed as well, in writing. We also had a dishwasher repair on this request. I can say with happiness our dishwasher was repaired within 72 hours. BUT! It’s an outsourced company so I am not surprised at their job completion timelines.
I will preface the following was not placed on our maintenance request… at $2200 per month I do not enjoy looking out my windows to tires, and furniture thrown out on the edge of the grounds. They mow the area, I assume they own the area, I would hope they keep the area clean.
My final item I hope you read carefully and take full consideration when choosing KSA. Through all our troubles,in January 2026 I began an email conversation with management (onsite) regarding our concerns above and not being repaired. We were told through multiple back and forth conversations that requests are placed in a priority manner and our items were lower than others. They have a new system to ensure things are not forgotten or lost. The maintenance employee contacted us BUT! because he was using a PERSONAL phone our messages back and forth with him could not be verified. Those above items are not completed and because of personal phone use our messages are voided. If working for a business that requires communication to a customer/resident/patient… you name it.. it should always be in a record format to be referred back to if needed.
We have been informed we are rude and demanding and never make appointments when we come in. I want to say with full confidence and certainty, our potential rudeness or demanding behavior is solely based on our troubles with repairs. In my experience, anyone who is dealing with above would be frustrated and come across as demanding or rude.
You may ask … why live here!? Honestly, it’s an overall good complex and safe. The commute to our jobs and all that is around us is valuable as well. It’s a quiet community with amenities that make our troubles easier to manage. I do recommend living here to others I connect with but I do explain our troubles. Not to shame or bad mouth, it’s to be honest and upfront, I am recommending a living situation, it’s now my word they have, honesty and respect should always be conveyed.
