  Best service they came to fix the problem within 10 minutes and had it fix in another 10 minutes .really friendly and respectful maintenance technician.

  I’m so excited to live here!! I’ve never lived in an apartment that feels so homey. The views are SPECTACULAR! HELLO BIRD WATCHING!! It’s going to be my new hobby because it’s so cool - we’ve seen hawks and herons and owls! And we’ve also seen deer in the fields! You get a gorgeous sunrise and sunset view. No other buildings blocking the around the complex. If you have a dog this is a dog walkers dream! You can walk around the sports park or there’s a walking path all the way downtown. I’m new to Independence so it’s certainly not as lively as Portland but the downtown is so cute, easy parking, there still seems to be a lot of restaurants to try, and they seem to put on a lot of community events. I’ve been here for a couple weeks but so far it’s been really quiet! It’s apartment living and there are hard floors so yeah you do hear your neighbor occasionally or if people are loud coming up and down the communal stairs but it’s not been complaint worthy so far. And I love the hard floors! It’s worth it lol. The heating systems are great (my last place had baseboard and I was freezing constantly lol). I barely even have to run my heat for it to remain comfortable temperature right now. The staff has been so friendly and accommodating. Quick to help out and complete requests. Again if you own a dog there’s a ton of places to take them for a quick potty and they have free poop bag stations and trash cans that ARENT stinky. They seem to empty them daily. Again, apartment living so it is kind of annoying that some folks choose not to pick up their dogs poop because there are literally so many stations around. I don’t have kids but there’s a little playground I see kids at and a basketball court. The gym is actually clean and has good equipment!! There’s a pool for the summer and the hot tub/spa seems to run year round?! So far the neighbors I’ve met have all been friendly. The back guest parking can sometimes get full and I wish there was a little more in the back but there’s tons in the front and the complex isn’t that big to where it’s a big deal to walk. Do note the trash compactor is a bit aways - so far we’ve just driven it when we go run errands and I’ve seen most people opt for that. It’s a giant compactor that you throw in your trash and recycle. It’s locked up with fencing but you get a code for access anytime. There is also a laundromat right at the corner for us along with a corner market. My bf has been getting me flowers from there hehe :) they’ve got all sorts of snacks tho - Mexican candies, drinks, that like ice cream freeze machine. I foresee a lot of late night walks for snacks haha. I was living in a townhome before this and this one level apartment feels bigger honestly. The layout is just so nice. Seems silly but the hallways are nice and spacious - I find a lot of places have narrow hallways and drives ya nuts when there’s multiple people/animals in the household trying to navigate. The space feels so open and you get so much natural light. My pup and I have been loving going to the office to be greeted with smiles and hellos from the workers, they’re always telling us to let us know if we need anything and my pup especially loves that they give him treats lol. Oh and there’s a lounge space that you can hang out and watch tv in, and a little working area. I’m just so happy to live here. Definitely the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in in my 10 years of living in Portland and Salem!!

  I currently live here. I work night shifts and my upstairs neighbors blast music to the point our entire unit shakes and when I called the main office they refused to do anything about it after contacting about these neighbors multiple times. The maintenance man came in to fix a door that didn’t shut correctly then looked at it and told us he’s off in 5 minutes so we’d have to wait till the next week. I almost got evicted from my apartment for being falsely accused. I don’t recommend👎
