I do not recommend living here. There are some other lovely properties in the area that are better. Especially if you have a children, pets and are a busy healthcare professional. You deserve kindness, safety and reliability where you live, and this place is lacking in all. The one saving grace of this property is the leasing staff, they are so lovely (Jocelyn!!). The amenities are great. But overall, it does not make up for the uncaring on site manager and unreliable modern “conveniences”. I hope APM can address this.
For context: Maintenance is slow to respond, often up to a week. This is a challenge when the door fob battery to your apartment dies every 3 months. They do provide a back up key. But there were a few occasions that the door fob died and my backup key was locked inside, as the door auto locked when I stepped out without my keys. One time the manager was still in her office when this happened, but as it was 15 minutes after office hours closed, she would not let me in with their remote door access system. She curtly suggested I try a locksmith. She said if she let me in, she would have to do the same for everyone. She was in her office for the hour while I waited in the lobby to get quotes on a locksmith ($150-300). I wanted to cry. It felt very heartless.

I had a really great experience with the team at Wonder. Jocelyn showed me my apartment and made everything feel easy and welcoming I felt comfortable right away and ended up signing the same day!
Matt also helped me work through a login issue. While it took some time to figure out, he stayed with it and made sure everything eventually got resolved, which I appreciated. Steven has also been great as well everyone is friendly, supportive, and clearly cares about helping residents.
The only downside I’ve noticed is that the Living Loft/Porter system can make things more difficult for the employees when residents need help. It seems like it slows things down at times, even though the staff is doing their best.
Overall, it’s been a very positive experience thanks to such a great team!

I honestly don’t even know where to start with the Quarry Apartments, but if you value your money (and your sanity), stay far away.
Move-out was an absolute nightmare. They will find ANY excuse to overcharge you—it honestly feels like that’s their business model. Despite leaving the apartment spotless (and having proof), they still hit me with ridiculous charges for things like “carpet replacement,” “paint,” and an outrageous cleaning fee. Apparently, normal wear and tear doesn’t exist here—everything gets passed straight onto the resident.
And don’t even expect to see your deposit again. It seems like deposits just magically disappear into their pockets, regardless of how well you maintain the place. It’s beyond frustrating when you do everything right, document everything, and still get treated like you trashed the unit. We left the unit as if its ready for next viewing for the next tenant and still got charged almost $1300 (including the deposit) for bunch of different stuff, $300 for cleaning, $600 for carpet replacement saying it has 16 months left as if we gonna get the old carpet for paying the replacement, $300 for painting job etc.. why don’t you charge breathing fee for air to breathe in the property?
I lost my bike, couple of packages stolen, got locked on a garage where you pay $125 to get a parking spot and yet got ticketed for illegal parking outside cause the garage fob keys won’t work. They are pure talk, no action. Doesn’t care about you at all, just your money to keep flowing on their pockets.
This place will nickel-and-dime you on the way out, no matter what. Completely unfair, completely unprofessional, and honestly feels like a scam.
Save yourself the stress and find somewhere that actually treats residents with basic fairness.
I’ve attached photos of how we left the unit and yet got charged thousand bucks for “move out fees”
