  There are quite a few issues with my apartment, that granted I haven't brought up to management yet, just been documenting. Approximately 75% of the flooring throughout my entire apartment is warped, separating and coming away from the subfloor, Ive tripped over it several times now. The apartment that they showed me had a fireplace, the day I move in I realize this apartment does not have a fireplace. The kitchen sink leaks, doors are missing parts, blinds are broken and or missing. And, I was even talked "Down" to this one bedroom APT, even though I would pay the same exact amount of rent no matter what the size of the apartment was, up to $2500 a month. Light switches squeak(weird), bathroom fan shorts out. I moved in January 16th, 2026. I've had 2 violations already as of this post. 1st: Needed to sign my lease(I had signed a temporary lease up to this point), I signed it. 2nd: They performed an emergency occupancy check. They gave me a 24-hour warning that my case worker, one or two of her colleagues, and the property management team we're going to be entering my apartment. I'm the only person moved into and living in my apt.

  April was very professional and helped make my move-in as painless as possible. So far very pleased with my new apartment. Update: I have been here less than a full month and am already being threatened with eviction via notice posted on the door (I was home at the time, no knock). Reason: non-payment for current month's lease. Root cause: their 3rd-party payment processor, Domuso, decided my checking account was no longer valid and I wasn't able to pay on-time without using either a credit cart (over $70 surcharge) or Moneygram (another surcharge), which I am physically unable to use due to transportation limitations. They put all the blame on Domuso and will not refund the $150 late charge unless Domuso sends them documentation showing that I tried to pay (not sure how I could have). I had to give out my main bank account number to this sketchy company and am now hoping they don't screw me further into the ground in the next 2 weeks. Oh well, nice knowing you if that happens Grove. Stop pretending to care about your tenants. It's obvious you're running a racket here.

  Absolutely Fantastic Place to live. This place is very clean and well run. The new Manager April is truly on her game and knows the answer to all the questions I have had. Its privilege and refreshing to have interaction with a manager that makes your inquiries priority, and you don't feel like you are putting her out at all. Shes a great choice and thank you April very much for all you do...Christopher
