There are quite a few issues with my apartment, that granted I haven't brought up to management yet, just been documenting. Approximately 75% of the flooring throughout my entire apartment is warped, separating and coming away from the subfloor, Ive tripped over it several times now. The apartment that they showed me had a fireplace, the day I move in I realize this apartment does not have a fireplace. The kitchen sink leaks, doors are missing parts, blinds are broken and or missing. And, I was even talked "Down" to this one bedroom APT, even though I would pay the same exact amount of rent no matter what the size of the apartment was, up to $2500 a month. Light switches squeak(weird), bathroom fan shorts out. I moved in January 16th, 2026. I've had 2 violations already as of this post. 1st: Needed to sign my lease(I had signed a temporary lease up to this point), I signed it. 2nd: They performed an emergency occupancy check. They gave me a 24-hour warning that my case worker, one or two of her colleagues, and the property management team we're going to be entering my apartment. I'm the only person moved into and living in my apt.
