  Been here a while and can say it’s one of my favorite places to live. I love where I’m located - literally walking distance to great food and central to a handful of dog parks. The amenities are great and the staff is top notch. No complaints from me.

  I loved living at Tessera! The two bedrooms are gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and you can't beat the location. I'd definitely recommend!

  The units look great, until you actually live in and use the space. The bathroom is unreasonably large which robs useable space from the rest of the unit. The in-unit washer and dryer are loud, you can’t have a phone call while they’re running. The front door closes automatically, which is extremely annoying when you’re trying to carry anything inside. Most units don’t have a balcony, and the street noises affect everyone. The walls are thin and poorly insulated, I could hear the upstair couple’s bedroom activities. No central AC, you get a single portable unit that is inadequate for the space. The staff are great, but the design of these apartments are poor and extremely short sighted. I counted down the days for my lease to end like a prisoner waiting to get out of jail.

  Hello, 22 year-old undergraduate former foster youth here! I admire Tessera's team and how committed and dedicated they are when it comes to their residents and prospects. My experience overall has been great and I am going to miss Tessera at Orenco Station, the team, the beautiful floor plans, the evening walks, I'm even going to miss their delicious coffee! The 25 months I've spent here will be dearly missed along with the memories and lovely conversations I've had with the team. I recommend living here and getting to know the team as well even though it is not required, they are real people with real personalities who are dedicated to their work and helping their residents/prospects. I've moved into two different units here at Tessera and both were beautiful, clean, and passed the inspections, the maintenance team has always been consistently attentive, Thank you Tessera.
