Phenomenal experience with our Leasing Agent Stephen and everyone else in the office here at The Quarry. There are lots apartment amenities that my girlfriend and I enjoy and add significant value to our experience living here. Very happy with our time spent in our apartment and the complex’s shared community spaces
We moved into Quarry Apartments in October and have genuinely loved living here so far! Jocelyn helped us with our tour and lease, and she made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. She was helpful, patient, and never made us feel rushed :-)
The community is welcoming, the amenities are well kept, and the gym is clean and fully equipped with everything we need. Being in a pet friendly community has also been a huge plus for us. We’re really happy we chose to live here and would absolutely recommend it!

Great place, reasonable, but no air conditioning. These summers make that a deal killer. Portable units just aren't the same. And use much more power than built-in.
Jocelyn at the quarry has been nothing but Amazing!🤩 We have lived at the quarry since they first opened, and when we were ready to transfer to a bigger unit she made the process nothing but smooth and easy. I would recommend her to anyone looking for there perfect home 🏠
Fearful to Live Here – Stolen Firearms & Management Apathy
As a female resident at The Quarry, I am deeply unsettled and no longer feel safe in my own home. Between Jan 7–10, our storage unit was burglarized, and two firearms (a rifle and a shotgun) were stolen (Case #HPD 26-00645).
What is more terrifying than the theft itself is the discovery that the building’s security was essentially a facade. The room door was misaligned and wouldn't latch, and management had refused to give us a key to our own deadbolt until after we were hit.
I have watched my husband spend the last three weeks desperately trying to get this management team to care. Instead of helping, the Community Director, Marissa, has been dismissive, citing "staffing shortages" and "technical difficulties" as excuses to avoid giving the police the surveillance footage.
It is heartbreaking to see the person I love so frustrated by a management team that seems more interested in protecting their reputation than getting stolen weapons off the street. If you are a woman or a family looking for a secure place to live, please look elsewhere. Management here has made it clear that our safety is not their "job"
