  Don't know about anyone else's experience, but here's mine since moving in about 2 weeks ago. Given the apartment is fairly new, the appliances in the apartment are also very new and in good condition. I don't know how the apartment unit looked before I moved in, but it was in good shape and smelled fresh when I moved in. The soundproofing inside the unit is also pretty good. You don't really hear your neighbors on your floor, but you might occasionally hear footsteps from above, or the racket from outside. One thing about the unit itself I wished they had done instead is use a mini-split instead of a PTAC for the AC/heating. I'd rather have a small, sleek looking machine mounted to the top of a wall, than a big bulky machine eating up floor space. There is plenty of parking around. Shouldn't be a problem for anyone moving in. Depending on how much you're willing to pay, you either get an outdoor space or a garage space. As for the complex as a whole, they have the standard amenities. A pretty minimalist exercise room. Standard lounge area. There is a conference room which is pretty unique. There's also a actual package room, not just a mailing room, which is nice. As for the public areas, they're reasonably clean from what I can see. Also, the apartment manager, Jess, has been responsive to my inquiries/requests. Not the fanciest apartment complex, but I knew what I was paying for when I signed.

  This was a good place to stay I just finished a 12 month lease that went 13 months. The process was easy the facilities are nice and the team is helpful.

  My husband and I went to tour and we had such an amazing experience! Janet was so good, her personality, customer service and the way she explained everything to us was top notch! I will definitely and reason is because of Janet, there’s hardly any people like her now n days. The apartments are also beautiful and at reasonable prices 😊

  I’ve been living here since November 2025 and it has been great so far. Jess has been amazing and made the move-in process super easy! The apartments are nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. The lobby has a coffee station, vending machines, and PacMan available, plus an awesome clubhouse. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend living here.

  The neighbor is quiet and there are some restaurants nad groceory stores nearby. While, if live in build B, the package will always deliveried to build A mail room.
