    There’s a reason it’s so cheap. Awful management. I moved out and then they tell me utilities changed to a different platform over a year ago. Pick up the phone and make a phone call. Awful.

    We really have enjoyed Creekside. They handle issues and concerns in a timely manner. Neighbors are friendly which make for a great community. Apartments are in a great location for everything such as restaurants, shopping, and freeways.

    I lived here for about a year. The management was great to work with and we had no issues at all. The maintenance crew responded quickly to the minor issues we needed fixed. I loved the easy access to Rock Creek Trail. As a bonus I was able to get a referral to a water remediation company after moving out of the apartments when I had an issue in my own home.

    Lived here years no problem until resent not 1st to have a issue with manager very childish behaviour give it a failure
