- SSshalini sDec 8, 20225.0Been living here for three months now. Love this place. Its right next to a trail, is well connected to all stores and is in a beautiful location. Maintenance is not an issue. Staff is friendly and very helpful. :) Not planning to move anytime soon. This is home
- TRTeri RainsbergerFeb 21, 20225.0We really have enjoyed Creekside. They handle issues and concerns in a timely manner. Neighbors are friendly which make for a great community. Apartments are in a great location for everything such as restaurants, shopping, and freeways.
- RERevv ElationMay 10, 20143.0The apartments themselves are not much to write home about. Dated appliances and interior. You'll need a car or a good pair of walking legs to get anywhere. Staff was friendly and low churn. Getting a lease signed was smooth and quick. My unit was susceptible to mold, which I thought was fairly common, until I lived elsewhere. The area is an easy target for car thefts and vandalism due to the poorly lit parking and detached garages. Spa was constantly out of service. The creek is actually a runoff, with some running trails, don't expect a view. It's affordable and close enough that the occupancy rate was always high, and I would still recommend it for affordable short-term housing.
