  WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! I moved in last November with the most lovely girls that were running the office and they were a big selling point for why we moved here. But mid-way through our lease they changed management. At first we didn’t notice a huge difference until they had a lenders inspection coming up. Then all of sudden they had to be in our unit every day for week or at least that’s the notice they gave us. When we went to ask for more intel they had no information about whose unit was actually being worked on or still needed it. It felt like nobody knew anything!!! Not to mention a HUGE VIOLATION OF OUR PRIVACY!!!!! But to top it all off when we finally moved out and have everything all paid up and settled. They said we NEVER PAID OUR LAST MONTH OF RENT AND THEN LOCK ME OUT OF THE PORTAL SO I CANT SEE MY PAST STATEMENTS!!! Luckily I have records of my own but still . THIS PLACE HAS GONE SO FAR DOWN HILL!!!! The only highlight is the maintenance people are very friendly but also kept in the dark from their office staff!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Update: they had a “system error” for my rent payment and it turns out they overcharged me my last month of rent. Lucky me they put it in as a credit towards the carpet that suddenly needs to be replaced with no evidence of replacement needed!! Such a headache!!!! We have been waiting 2 days now for evidence of damage and it’s been crickets…. Worst experience ever

  I lived in an apartment close to the leasing office. Safety wise, the complex is safe, I had no issues. The apartments have windows in two directions of the house, which means lots of sun-shine and more view during summer. The leasing office employees were very nice and cooperative. Now let's move to the native points: 1. I have been charged a 220$ apartment cleaning fee although I left the apartment spotless. They also charged me a 115$ carpet cleaning fee which I believe I left spotless as well. I think that's an overcharge! 2. The apartment can get very quickly overheated if your below neighbor runs their heat on high. I felt like my apartment was an oven during winter and the cold weather. This is a PLUS if you want to save money on electric bill and being slowly cooked at night while you sleep if your neighbors run their heating. 3. There is no gym.

  Felix came and replaced our refrigerator light. He was very efficient and professional as well friendly. I always enjoy his maintenance visits.

  My son currently lives here. He has been trying to get information from the office for about 3 weeks now. He just needs a printout of his rental payment history. He needs it to get approved for a new place to live where he can afford to help me, his disabled mother off the street. Still have yet to get any assistance.
