  Rating ZERO!!!!!! the ONLY good thing about this place is the maintenance workers. They’re truly great and friendly. The new management is HORRIBLE. They are rude/disrespectful. Clueless on what good customer service is about. Clueless on how to work in management. Clueless on anything and everything you can think of. Sadly these people don’t realize that if there were no renters there would be no job for them. Ungrateful selfish people. I could go on with details of our experience but I don’t have time to type it all. Just listen when I tell ya to RUN—- and DO NOT RENT at this place. Pay a little more but do your due diligence to read reviews of other places and give your money to a place that deserves it. ATTENTION CEO OF THESE APARTMENTS: FIRE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM THEYRE RUINING THE REPUTATION FOR WHAT USED TO BE NON HOSTILE LIVING- glad I RAN WHEN I GOT THE RED FLAG.

  We toured Commons at Hawthorn Village but ended up choosing a different apartment. Still, the tour itself was a great experience. Orin our tour guide and leasing agent was very professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome the entire time. We really appreciated his approach and hospitality.

  WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! I moved in last November with the most lovely girls that were running the office and they were a big selling point for why we moved here. But mid-way through our lease they changed management. At first we didn’t notice a huge difference until they had a lenders inspection coming up. Then all of sudden they had to be in our unit every day for week or at least that’s the notice they gave us. When we went to ask for more intel they had no information about whose unit was actually being worked on or still needed it. It felt like nobody knew anything!!! Not to mention a HUGE VIOLATION OF OUR PRIVACY!!!!! But to top it all off when we finally moved out and have everything all paid up and settled. They said we NEVER PAID OUR LAST MONTH OF RENT AND THEN LOCK ME OUT OF THE PORTAL SO I CANT SEE MY PAST STATEMENTS!!! Luckily I have records of my own but still . THIS PLACE HAS GONE SO FAR DOWN HILL!!!! The only highlight is the maintenance people are very friendly but also kept in the dark from their office staff!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Update: they had a “system error” for my rent payment and it turns out they overcharged me my last month of rent. Lucky me they put it in as a credit towards the carpet that suddenly needs to be replaced with no evidence of replacement needed!! Such a headache!!!! We have been waiting 2 days now for evidence of damage and it’s been crickets…. Worst experience ever
